Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all appointments booked with Night and Day Emergency Dentist Acton, whether online, by phone, via WhatsApp or in person. By booking an appointment you agree to these terms.

About Us

Night and Day Emergency Dentist Acton is a private dental practice located at 175 The Vale, Acton, London W3 7RD. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC)  and comply with all GDC (General Dental Council) standards for patient care, infection control and clinical governance.

Our GDC-registered dentists include Dr Mohammad Zaki Alizadeh, Dr Chris Ikunnah and Dr Pavi Aulakh. You can verify any dentist’s registration at www.gdc-uk.org.

Opening Hours

We are open from 7am to 11pm, 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. 24-hour emergency call-outs are available outside standard hours. A call-out fee applies for out-of-hours appointments and is confirmed on the phone before you commit.

Appointments and Attendance

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to rearrange your visit for another day, as our appointment schedule is built around same-day emergency access and late arrivals affect every patient after you.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to the full consultation cost.

Walk-in patients are welcome during opening hours and will be seen subject to availability. Same-day emergency appointments can also be booked by calling 07759 998 555 or online at nightandday.seamlessslot.co.uk.

Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in advance and treatment is only carried out once you give your informed consent.

Emergency consultation: £35. This covers a full clinical examination, all diagnostic X-rays and a clear explanation of the problem and recommended treatment. If further treatment is needed it is quoted separately during your consultation.

Treatment fees vary by procedure and complexity. Your dentist will provide a written treatment plan with itemised costs before any work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

Payment Plans

We offer 0% interest payment plans to help spread the cost of treatment. Plans are subject to eligibility and are confirmed in writing before treatment begins. Full terms of any payment arrangement will be provided separately.

Consent to Treatment

Before carrying out any treatment your dentist will explain the diagnosis and the proposed procedure, the expected benefits and risks, any alternative options available and the estimated cost.

Treatment will only proceed once you have given informed consent. For patients under 18, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian. You have the right to withdraw consent or request a pause at any point during treatment.

Clinical Records

We maintain clinical records in accordance with GDC and CQC requirements. Your records are stored securely within our practice management software and are retained for a minimum of 10 years from the date of your last treatment, or until age 25 for patients treated as children, whichever is longer, in line with NHS and GDC record-keeping guidance.

You may request access to your dental records at any time by contacting us at westlondon@nightanddaydentist.co.uk.

Referrals and Onward Care

If your condition requires specialist treatment beyond the scope of our practice we will refer you to an appropriate specialist or hospital service and provide a full summary of our findings. We are not responsible for the fees, outcomes or timelines of any external referral.

Complaints

We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please raise it with us first:

Liability

Our dentists exercise reasonable skill and care in accordance with current clinical standards. We are not liable for complications arising from pre-existing conditions, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or treatment outcomes that fall within the range of normal clinical variation. All treatment carries some degree of risk, which your dentist will explain before you consent.

We hold professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance appropriate to a private dental practice.

Photography and Imaging

With your consent we may take clinical photographs or X-ray images as part of your treatment record. These images are stored securely and used only for clinical purposes unless you provide separate written consent for any other use.
