“I visited the dental emergency practice after cracking my tooth on a cherry stone (I know... how bad is that!), and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment you call, you're given a five-star experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Dr. Alizadeh is an absolute gentleman. Despite his young age, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine care, mindfulness, and, most importantly, outstanding skill. He rebuilt my tooth within just two hours of the accident, which is truly remarkable. While the treatment may seem expensive to some, let's be honest - you can't put a price on receiving such prompt, expert care in an emergency. For me, it was absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of emergency dental treatment. Thank you again team N&DED Acton”
“I would like to begin by thanking the dentist and his assistant for the quality of their work. I have no complaints regarding the professionalism of the treatment itself or the tooth extraction procedure. However, my overall experience at the clinic was overshadowed by the cost of the treatment. I was charged £650 for a tooth extraction that took approximately 10 minutes, in addition to a £45 consultation fee. In my opinion, this price was excessively high and not justified by the amount of work involved. I was left with the impression that the dentist took advantage of the situation, knowing that a patient suffering from severe tooth pain is willing to pay almost any amount to obtain relief. For this reason, I cannot recommend this clinic from a value-for-money perspective. I am leaving two stars: one for the dentist’s professional skills and one for the assistant’s help and attitude. I sincerely hope that my experience was an exception and that other patients have had only positive experiences at this clinic. I also hope that this review will be read by the clinic’s management and encourage them to review their pricing practices and patient interactions.”
“I cannot recommend Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Receptionist Sara highly enough. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was treated with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and care. Sara at reception was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, which was such a pleasant surprise and instantly put me at ease. Her warm and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable from the very beginning. Dr Alizadeh was outstanding. I had been extremely nervous about needing a tooth extraction, expecting discomfort and anxiety throughout the procedure. However, Dr Alizadeh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely confident that I was in safe hands. The extraction itself was genuinely pain-free. I was amazed at how smooth, gentle, and efficient the entire process was. Before I knew it, the tooth was out and I had experienced virtually no pain at all. The level of skill and expertise demonstrated was truly exceptional. Nurse Rajae was equally fantastic. Throughout the appointment, she was attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. Her calm presence helped me relax, and she worked seamlessly alongside Dr Alizadeh to ensure everything went perfectly. It was clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities for the whole team. While I did have to pay for the treatment, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The quality of care, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness I received far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I left feeling grateful and genuinely happy to have paid for such outstanding treatment. When you receive care of this calibre, it becomes clear that you're investing in expertise, comfort, and peace of mind. Thank you to Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Sara for turning what I expected to be a daunting experience into such a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for first-class dental care.”

Common questions about getting dentures at our Acton clinic.
We offer both full and partial dentures depending on how many teeth need replacing. Our Acton dentist will assess your mouth and recommend the best option to suit your needs and budget.
It usually takes a few appointments over several weeks to get the fit, shape, and colour just right. We take impressions, arrange a try-in so you can see how they look, and then fit the final set once you're happy.
Yes. We carefully match the size, shape, and shade to complement your face and remaining teeth. Modern dentures look far more natural than most people expect.
New dentures can feel a little strange at first, and minor soreness is normal as your mouth adjusts. If any discomfort persists, come back to our Acton clinic and we'll adjust the fit for you.
It takes a little practice, but most patients are eating comfortably within a few weeks. Start with softer foods, cut things into smaller pieces, and chew on both sides to help you get used to them.
Remove them every night and clean them with a soft brush and denture cleaner, not regular toothpaste. Keep up with regular check-ups so we can make sure they still fit well and your gums stay healthy.
Dentures typically last five to ten years, but your mouth changes shape over time so the fit can loosen. We'll monitor them at your regular appointments and let you know when a reline or replacement is needed.
Act before it worsens. Schedule online or call us today to lock in your prompt or standard visit.
