Fast, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Barnes clinic.
Barnes is situated just across the River Thames from West London, making our clinic on The Vale straightforward to reach via Chiswick Bridge or Hammersmith Bridge. Crossing north into Chiswick or Hammersmith brings you directly into the transit corridors leading to Acton Vale. That makes us one of the most accessible emergency dental practices for patients traveling from anywhere in SW13. We are open from 7am to 11pm every day, with same-day appointments always available for patients in pain.
There is nothing to set up and nothing to sign. No registration, no forms, no referral from another dentist. Call us, tell us the problem and we will fit you in, often within a couple of hours. We treat every category of dental emergency the same day, and we offer routine check-ups, hygiene visits, cosmetic dentistry and restorative care for patients across Barnes, Mortlake, Castelnau, Chiswick and Roehampton who want a practice they can get to quickly and rely on consistently.
Barnes connects easily to our practice by heading north across the Thames: By car drive north across Chiswick Bridge (A316) through Chiswick and up along the A407 or Acton Lane onto The Vale. The drive takes around 12 to 18 minutes depending on traffic. Free on-site patient parking is available at the clinic. By bus and public transport take local bus connections (such as the 533 or 283) across to Hammersmith Bus Station, then transfer to the 266 bus directly up to Acton Vale / Bromyard Avenue stop right outside our door. Total journey time is roughly 25 to 30 minutes. By bicycle a convenient ride of around 15 to 20 minutes heading north across Chiswick Bridge or Hammersmith Bridge, riding straight through Chiswick or Askew Road to The Vale. By train take South Western Railway from Barnes or Barnes Bridge to Richmond, then take the London Overground northbound to South Acton station, followed by a 12-minute walk to the clinic. On foot a walk of around 40 to 50 minutes heading north via Chiswick Bridge and through Chiswick up to Acton Vale.
We have never asked a patient to register and we do not intend to start. Call 07759 998555 with your name, a way to contact you and a sentence about what is going on. Your appointment will be confirmed in seconds. Whether you are a Barnes local with a dentist around the corner, someone who has recently moved to the area, or a person who has been putting off dental visits for longer than they would like to admit, we will see you without hesitation.
There is not a dental emergency we have not seen. Relentless pain that medication will not touch. A tooth that cracks clean through. A filling, crown or bridge that lets go. Swelling building across the face or jaw. An abscess that needs immediate attention. Bleeding that home measures cannot control. Or a tooth knocked out entirely by a blow or fall. We see every one of these situations regularly and we treat them the same day the patient calls. Ring 07759 998555 and we will get you booked in.
Yes, with no interest charged under any circumstances. Our 0% payment plans spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly amounts at the price quoted, with nothing added on top. There is no form to fill in, no credit check to pass and no minimum treatment value. Reception will run through the options clearly at your appointment, and you make the decision whenever you are ready.
The consultation costs £35. For that you receive a complete clinical examination, all X-rays required for diagnosis and a detailed explanation of the problem, what has caused it and what we recommend. Any treatment needed during the same visit, whether a filling, extraction, root canal or another procedure, is quoted individually and confirmed with you before we proceed. There are no hidden charges and no surprises on the bill.
That depends on the nature of the treatment. In many cases, the emergency is fully resolved in a single visit and no follow-up is needed. If further work is required, for example completing a root canal, fitting a permanent crown, or monitoring a healing socket, we will explain exactly what to expect, how many visits are likely and what each stage costs before you leave the clinic. You are welcome to continue your care with us or return to your own dentist with a full written summary of what we found and what we did. We also provide aftercare instructions for every procedure so you know how to look after the treated area once you are home.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
