Fast, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Richmond clinic.
Richmond is well served by dental practices during the working week, but finding one that can see you urgently on a Saturday afternoon, a Sunday morning or a weekday evening is another story entirely. Our Acton clinic on The Vale is connected to Richmond by both the District line and the London Overground, with same-day emergency appointments running from 7am to 11pm every day of the year.
There is no registration process and no referral required. Whether you live in Richmond, work in the area, or are visiting the park, one call is enough to get you booked in. We treat every type of dental emergency on the spot and also offer routine examinations, hygiene appointments, cosmetic procedures and restorative dentistry for patients across Richmond, Kew, East Sheen and Mortlake who value a practice that stays open long after the others have closed.
Richmond has strong rail connections to our Acton clinic. Here are the best options: By District line take the eastbound District line from Richmond station towards Acton Town. The journey takes around 16 minutes with stops at Kew Gardens, Gunnersbury, Chiswick Park and Turnham Green along the way. From Acton Town, our clinic is a 15-minute walk north or a short connecting bus to Acton Vale. By London Overground the Overground runs from Richmond through Kew Gardens and Gunnersbury to South Acton. From South Acton station, our clinic is approximately a 12-minute walk north along Bollo Lane and The Vale. This route avoids the tube entirely and takes around 20 minutes door to door. By car head north from Richmond through Kew and Brentford towards Gunnersbury, then continue north to The Vale. The drive takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Free on-site patient parking is available at the practice. By bus the 110 connects Richmond to Chiswick and Hammersmith, from where connecting services reach Acton Vale. The journey is indirect but workable if the tube is not an option. By taxi a cab from Richmond town centre to our clinic takes around 12 to 15 minutes.
You do not. There is no registration, no sign-up and no patient file to open before your first visit. When you call 07759 998555, we simply ask for your name, a number we can reach you on and a description of what is wrong. That is the entire process, and it takes less than a minute. Whether you have a regular dentist in Richmond, have just moved to the area, or have not visited a dental practice in a long time, you will be seen without any delay.
We are set up for every type of dental emergency and we deal with them seven days a week. Persistent pain that over-the-counter medication cannot relieve. A tooth that cracks, chips or breaks during use. A crown, filling or veneer that comes loose without warning. Swelling in the face, jaw or gum that is getting worse. An abscess that needs draining. Bleeding from a tooth socket that will not settle. Or a tooth lost completely through a fall, accident or impact. Call 07759 998555, tell us what has happened and we will arrange a same-day appointment. At the clinic, we take X-rays, explain the findings and begin treatment immediately.
Yes, and every plan is interest-free. Our 0% payment plans break the total cost of your treatment into monthly amounts with nothing extra added. There is no credit check, no complicated application and no minimum treatment value. Our reception team will set out the options during your visit, and you decide if and when you want to proceed. There is never any pressure.
The consultation is £35. That covers a comprehensive clinical examination, all diagnostic X-rays and a clear explanation of the problem, the likely cause and the recommended next steps. If treatment is required during the same visit, each procedure is quoted individually and only carried out once you have approved the cost. We are completely transparent. You will know exactly what you are paying before any work begins.
Yes. Our opening hours of 7am to 11pm, seven days a week, apply to all types of appointments, not just emergencies. If you would like to book a routine check-up, a hygiene appointment, a cosmetic consultation or any other treatment at a time that suits your schedule, whether that is 8pm on a Tuesday or 10am on a Sunday, you are welcome to do so. Many of our Richmond patients appreciate having a practice that works around their commitments rather than the other way around.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
