Fast, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Southall clinic.
If you are in Southall and struggling to get an emergency dental appointment at short notice, our Acton clinic on The Vale is closer and easier to reach than you might think. The 207 bus and SL8 Superloop both run from Southall Broadway straight to our door, and the Elizabeth line connects Southall station to Acton in a matter of minutes. We keep same-day emergency appointments available from 7am to 11pm, every day, including weekends and bank holidays.
There is no registration and no referral needed. You do not have to be an existing patient or live in a specific area. If you are in pain and you need to be seen today, call us and we will make it happen. We treat every type of dental emergency on the spot and also offer routine check-ups, cosmetic work, hygiene appointments and restorative treatments for patients across Southall, Norwood Green, Dormers Wells and the wider UB1 area.
Southall has two direct bus routes to our clinic, plus a fast rail option: By bus the 207 departs from Southall Broadway and travels through Hanwell, Ealing Broadway and Acton, stopping at Acton Vale / Bromyard Avenue which is a one-minute walk from our clinic. The journey takes around 30 to 35 minutes with no changes needed. The SL8 Superloop follows the same corridor as a limited-stop express service, running every 8 minutes and reaching us slightly faster. For late-night emergencies, the N207 night bus covers the same route through to the early hours. By Elizabeth line take the train from Southall station eastbound to Acton Main Line. The journey takes around 10 to 12 minutes. From Acton Main Line, our clinic is a 15-minute walk south along Acton High Street and The Vale, or a quick connecting bus to Bromyard Avenue. By car head east along Uxbridge Road through Hanwell and Ealing towards Acton, then turn south onto The Vale. The drive takes approximately 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. Free on-site patient parking is available at the practice. By taxi a cab from Southall Broadway to our clinic takes around 15 to 20 minutes.
There is no registration of any kind. We have removed every administrative step that gets in the way of treatment. Call 07759 998555, give us your name, a phone number and a quick description of the issue, and your appointment is confirmed. You do not need an NHS referral, an existing dental record or a local address. Patients from Southall and across West London are seen on exactly the same walk-in basis.
We treat them all, without exception, seven days a week. Whether you are suffering from a toothache that has intensified beyond what you can manage, a tooth that has cracked or broken, a filling or crown that has come away, swelling in the face, jaw or gum, a painful abscess, bleeding from a socket that will not stop, or a tooth that has been knocked out entirely, we are set up to deal with it. Call 07759 998555 and describe the situation. We will book you in for the same day, take X-rays at the appointment, talk you through the findings and treat the problem immediately.
Yes, at 0% interest with no exceptions. Our payment plans divide the total cost of treatment into monthly instalments at no extra charge. There is no credit check involved, no deposit to pay upfront and no minimum spend. The reception team will present everything clearly during your appointment, and the choice is always yours. Take as long as you need.
The consultation is £35. That one fee covers a comprehensive examination, diagnostic X-rays and a detailed explanation of the problem and what we recommend. If treatment is needed during the same appointment, each procedure is quoted individually and only carried out once you have given your agreement. We are completely transparent about costs and there is never a charge you were not told about in advance.
No. You do not need to bring any paperwork, identification, medical records or referral letters. The only things we ask for when you call are your name, a way to contact you and a brief description of the problem. That information is enough to book your appointment and get you seen. If you are currently taking medication or have a medical condition that might affect dental treatment, it is helpful to mention this when you call or when you arrive, but there is no formal documentation required.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
