“I visited the dental emergency practice after cracking my tooth on a cherry stone (I know... how bad is that!), and I couldn't be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment you call, you're given a five-star experience. The staff are incredibly attentive, polite, and reassuring, making a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Dr. Alizadeh is an absolute gentleman. Despite his young age, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, genuine care, mindfulness, and, most importantly, outstanding skill. He rebuilt my tooth within just two hours of the accident, which is truly remarkable. While the treatment may seem expensive to some, let's be honest - you can't put a price on receiving such prompt, expert care in an emergency. For me, it was absolutely worth every penny. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of emergency dental treatment. Thank you again team N&DED Acton”

“I would like to begin by thanking the dentist and his assistant for the quality of their work. I have no complaints regarding the professionalism of the treatment itself or the tooth extraction procedure. However, my overall experience at the clinic was overshadowed by the cost of the treatment. I was charged £650 for a tooth extraction that took approximately 10 minutes, in addition to a £45 consultation fee. In my opinion, this price was excessively high and not justified by the amount of work involved. I was left with the impression that the dentist took advantage of the situation, knowing that a patient suffering from severe tooth pain is willing to pay almost any amount to obtain relief. For this reason, I cannot recommend this clinic from a value-for-money perspective. I am leaving two stars: one for the dentist’s professional skills and one for the assistant’s help and attitude. I sincerely hope that my experience was an exception and that other patients have had only positive experiences at this clinic. I also hope that this review will be read by the clinic’s management and encourage them to review their pricing practices and patient interactions.”

“I cannot recommend Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Receptionist Sara highly enough. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was treated with exceptional kindness, professionalism, and care. Sara at reception was absolutely wonderful. She was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I was seen almost immediately upon arrival, which was such a pleasant surprise and instantly put me at ease. Her warm and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable from the very beginning. Dr Alizadeh was outstanding. I had been extremely nervous about needing a tooth extraction, expecting discomfort and anxiety throughout the procedure. However, Dr Alizadeh took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely confident that I was in safe hands. The extraction itself was genuinely pain-free. I was amazed at how smooth, gentle, and efficient the entire process was. Before I knew it, the tooth was out and I had experienced virtually no pain at all. The level of skill and expertise demonstrated was truly exceptional. Nurse Rajae was equally fantastic. Throughout the appointment, she was attentive, compassionate, and reassuring. Her calm presence helped me relax, and she worked seamlessly alongside Dr Alizadeh to ensure everything went perfectly. It was clear that patient comfort and care are top priorities for the whole team. While I did have to pay for the treatment, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. The quality of care, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness I received far exceeded my expectations. In fact, I left feeling grateful and genuinely happy to have paid for such outstanding treatment. When you receive care of this calibre, it becomes clear that you're investing in expertise, comfort, and peace of mind. Thank you to Dr Alizadeh, Nurse Rajae, and Sara for turning what I expected to be a daunting experience into such a positive one. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for first-class dental care.”

1. Consultation & Numbing

We assess the tooth and apply a gentle local anaesthetic to ensure you feel absolutely no pain during the procedure.

2. Preparation

Once you are fully numb, the dentist carefully removes the decayed or damaged portion of the tooth, leaving a clean surface.

3. Placement & Curing

The tooth-coloured composite resin is applied in layers and hardened instantly using a specialised, safe curing light.

4. Shaping & Polishing

The filling is shaped to match your natural bite and polished so it feels perfectly smooth against your tongue and other teeth.

We treat everything from chipped and cracked teeth to knocked-out teeth, jaw injuries, and soft tissue cuts inside the mouth. Whatever the damage, our team can assess it and start treatment in the same visit.

A dentist is almost always the better choice for dental injuries because A&E typically won't carry out tooth repairs or reimplantation. Come to our Acton clinic first and we'll handle it faster and more effectively.

Yes, if you act quickly. Keep the tooth in milk or place it back in the socket, and get to us within 30 to 60 minutes for the best chance of saving it.

A custom-fitted mouthguard is the best protection and far more effective than a shop-bought one. Ask us about having one made at our Acton clinic so it fits properly and stays in place during play.

We numb everything fully before starting, so you won't feel pain during the procedure. Our dentists deal with sports injuries regularly and know how to work quickly while keeping you comfortable.

It depends entirely on the type and extent of the injury. We'll assess the damage first and give you a clear breakdown of the cost before we begin any treatment.
