Fast, gentle dental care for the whole family, with same-day appointments 7 days a week at our Ealing clinic.
Ealing and Acton are neighbours — same borough, one stop apart on the Elizabeth line, and connected by buses that run every few minutes. Our clinic on The Vale keeps same-day emergency appointments open from early morning until late evening, 7 days a week, so there is never a reason for Ealing residents to sit in pain waiting for a weekday slot to open up somewhere else.
No registration, no referral, no paperwork of any kind. Call us, describe the issue and you will be seen — often within a couple of hours. We treat the full range of dental emergencies on the spot, and we offer routine check-ups, cosmetic treatments, hygiene appointments and restorative procedures for patients across Ealing, Ealing Common, West Ealing and South Ealing who want access to a dental practice that runs on their timetable.
Ealing is one of the closest and best-connected areas to our clinic. You have several fast options: By Elizabeth line — the quickest route. Take the Elizabeth line from Ealing Broadway to Acton Main Line — it is a single stop taking just 3 minutes. From Acton Main Line station, our clinic is a 15-minute walk south along Acton High Street and The Vale, or a short hop on a connecting bus. By bus — the SL8 (Superloop) departs from Ealing Broadway and runs through Acton, passing directly through Acton Vale with a stop at Bromyard Avenue — right outside our front door. The ride takes around 12–15 minutes and services run every 10–15 minutes. The N207 night bus covers the same corridor for late emergencies. By Central line — Ealing Broadway to East Acton takes around 6 minutes. From East Acton station, our clinic is a 12–15 minute walk south-west or a quick 272 bus to The Vale. By car — head east along Uxbridge Road through Acton, then south onto The Vale. The drive takes approximately 10 minutes, and on-site patient parking is available. By bicycle — a flat, easy ride of roughly 10–12 minutes heading east from Ealing Broadway along Uxbridge Road.
We could not have made it simpler — there is no registration at all. Phone 07759 998555, share your name, a number we can contact you on and a line about the issue, and your appointment is set. Whether you have been with the same Ealing dentist for years, are looking for someone new, or are dealing with an emergency that cannot wait for your usual practice — we will see you straight away.
Anything and everything that requires urgent dental attention. A toothache that has grown from a dull throb to something you cannot ignore, a tooth that fractures without warning, a crown, filling or bridge that gives way, sudden swelling in the mouth or face, a deep abscess, bleeding that you cannot manage at home, or a tooth lost entirely through trauma — we are equipped for all of it, and we see patients the same day they call. Ring 07759 998555, tell us what has happened and we will fit you in. We take X-rays, present a clear diagnosis and start treatment there and then.
Yes — genuinely interest-free. Our 0% payment plans divide any treatment into monthly instalments without adding a single extra charge. No credit applications, no deposits, no minimum spend. The reception team will walk you through the options, and you are under zero obligation to commit during the visit.
The emergency consultation is £35. That covers a full clinical examination, diagnostic X-rays and a detailed, jargon-free explanation of the problem and what we suggest. If treatment is needed during the same appointment — a filling, extraction, root canal or anything else — each item is quoted separately, discussed with you and only carried out once you approve. You will know the exact cost of everything before we begin.
First, we ask you to describe the problem in your own words — when it started, where the pain or discomfort is, and anything you have noticed since. Then one of our dentists carries out a thorough examination of the affected area, supported by digital X-rays to see what is happening beneath the surface. Once we have a clear picture, we sit down with you and explain the diagnosis in plain language: what has gone wrong, why it happened and what the treatment options are, along with the cost of each. If you are happy to proceed, we begin treatment straight away. If you prefer to take time to think about it, you leave with a complete diagnosis, a written quote and no pressure to return. The £35 consultation fee covers this entire process.
Our reception team is on hand every day to help.
