Hanwell has a direct bus and a fast train connection to our clinic. Here are your options: By bus the 207 is the simplest route. It departs from Hanwell Broadway, travels through West Ealing, Ealing Broadway and Acton, and stops at Acton Vale / Bromyard Avenue, which is a one-minute walk from our front door. The journey takes around 20 to 25 minutes with no changes required. The SL8 Superloop also runs through Hanwell along the same corridor. For late-night emergencies, the N207 night bus covers this route too. By Elizabeth line take the train from Hanwell station to Acton Main Line, which is just one or two stops depending on the service. The journey takes roughly 5 to 8 minutes. From Acton Main Line, our clinic is a 15-minute walk south along Acton High Street and The Vale, or a quick connecting bus. By car head east along Uxbridge Road through West Ealing and Ealing, then continue through Acton and turn south onto The Vale. The drive takes approximately 12 to 15 minutes, and free on-site patient parking is available at the practice. By bicycle a straightforward ride of about 15 minutes heading east along Uxbridge Road towards Acton Vale. By taxi a cab from Hanwell Broadway to our clinic takes around 10 to 12 minutes.

Not at all. We have kept things deliberately simple. Ring 07759 998555 and give us your name, a contact number and a quick summary of the problem. That is the entire booking process. You do not need to have visited us before, you do not need a referral, and it makes no difference whether you have a dentist in Hanwell or have not seen one in years. Everyone is treated on the same basis.

Every single type. A toothache that worsens by the hour and makes it difficult to think about anything else. A tooth that cracks or breaks during a meal. A filling, crown or bridge that comes loose and leaves you with a sharp edge or exposed nerve. Swelling that appears suddenly in the face or jaw. An abscess that is hot, tender and painful to touch. Bleeding from a tooth socket that will not slow down. Or a tooth knocked out entirely by an accident or impact. We see all of it, every day, and we see patients the same day they call. Ring 07759 998555 and we will get you in.

Yes, completely interest-free. Our 0% payment plans divide the cost of treatment into manageable monthly amounts with no extra charge at all. There is no credit check, no deposit and no minimum treatment value. The team at reception will lay everything out clearly at your appointment. You are welcome to take time to think it over, and there is never any pressure to commit on the day.

The consultation is £35. That single fee covers a thorough clinical examination, all necessary X-rays and a clear explanation of the diagnosis and the options available to you. If treatment is required during the same visit, whether that is a filling, extraction, root canal therapy or something else, each item is quoted separately and approved by you before we start. You will always know the full cost before any work begins.

It depends on the nature of the problem, but as a rough guide, most emergency consultations take between 20 and 40 minutes. That includes the examination, X-rays and diagnosis. If treatment can be carried out during the same appointment, which it usually can, you should expect to be in the chair for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the complexity. We always prioritise getting you out of pain first, and our team will let you know at the start of the appointment roughly how long everything will take so you can plan accordingly.
